Zone system- is a photographic technique for determining optimal film exposure and development, formulated by Ansel Adams and Fred Archer.
Bromoil Process-was an early photographic process that was very popular with the Pictorialists during the first half of the twentieth century. The soft, paint-like qualities of the prints are very typical for this genre, and have recently led to some art photographers using the process again.
Photo-Secession- was an early-20th-century movement that promoted photography as a fine art in general and photographic pictorialism in particular. A group of photographers, led by Alfred Stieglitz and F. Holland Day in the early 1900s, held the then controversial viewpoint that what was significant about a photograph was not what was in front of the camera but the manipulation of the image by the artist/photographer to achieve his or her subjective vision.

1. Prime Lens (FFL)- In film and photography, a prime lens is either a photographic lens whose focal length is fixed, as opposed to a zoom lens, or it is the primary lens in a combination lens system.
2. Wide- Angle Lens- In photography and cinematography, a wide-angle lens refers to a lens whose focal length is substantially smaller than the focal length of a normal lens for a given film plane.
3. Calypso underwater camera- The Calypso is equally suitable for water and air environment photography. It consists of two black enamelled cast alloy body parts; the one with all the internal parts is lowered into the outer shell.
4. Through-the-lens metering- Through-the-lens (TTL) metering is a photographic term describing a feature of cameras capable of measuring light levels in a scene through their taking lenses, as opposed to a separate metering window.
